Sounds like a wiring problem
[b]P1539 Camshaft Adjustment, Bank 2[/b]

[i]1. Check triggering wire for short to ground
2. Check B+ supply of actuator
3. Check triggering wire for continuity
4. Replace actuator[/i]

Hopefully the tech went through steps 1-3 before doing 4.[i]1. Check B+ supply of actuator
2. Check triggering wire for continuity
3. Replace actuator[/i]
