I'd like to see better topic following functionality

Currently, you can subscribe to a topic. You can see all of the topics you have subscribed to. And you can get email notification of replies.

As a busy person who doesn't have a lot of time to check the board, I'd like to get email notification that includes the text of the replies, perhaps in a periodic digest format.

I will be the one to implement this but I post it here in case anyone has specific requests of this functionality that they would like to see.
