I figured the rule of thumb is a link to a site is ok, even with copyrighted images displayed, but not the direct image link. I'd imagine clicking on a Google image, which brings up the image with the site ghosted in the background is ok, too, yes? (As long as I don't go to the site and call up the image with its web address directly and link that.) Oh, I realized well after I could edit the initial query that I was effectively posting the link, although in a less popular area of PedrosBoard. Next time I have similar queries, I'll PM you and/or Boxsterra. (Who else on PB is authoritative?)
