Here we are ready to leave tomorrow (monday) by way of Fernandina Beach, then to Spartenberg (BMW factory tour) then to the Alpine Inn.
However, we are looking at the weather, and if the conditions don't improve we will not be going...
I'm not looking forward to spending a week in the car in the rain...
So, we'll see..

I just love the weather "predictions" one says the storm is intensifying, another says it's weakening....what?

Going from a Boxster to a 911 and a slush box at that, stopping to tour a BMW plant, and crying about getting a little rain. Very embarrassing!

Since I'm driving a Boxster, I'd go the extra 4 hour route 'cause I know I could do it in 3 and I'd love every one of the extra 180 minutes.
