So, if you don't drive "aggressively", you get lower premiums?

Or, your premiums will go up because you are driving aggressively even though you haven't had an accident? I'd have though it would be built into the rates based on driving record, age and type of car but this seems like they want to take the statistics out of it completely and look over your shoulder--nice.

Why would anybody voluntarily agree to this?
