Pairing a bluetooth device with the handsfree setup

At the BRBS 2014 I had the hands free setup installed in my '99 Boxster (a BIG thanks Stefan, Pedro and Maurice). I've recently upgraded my phone and can't seem to get it to pair with the stereo. Has anyone else had this problem or have any info on how to pair them? My phone can detect the bluetooth but it doesn't want to pair with it. Thanks.
