remote chirp

Does anyone have a good solution for an audible chirp to lock a 987.2
other than leaving the glove box open. Sometimes very hard to see the lights.

Never needed the chirp. I can hear the locks engaging (or disengaging) when I lock (or unlock) the car.

Never tried this but some claim a press of the lock button followed very promptly by another press will sound a chirp but this might disable the infrared or motion sensor in the car. You would probably want to consult your car's owners manual.

We offer the SmartTop unit on our site but the RemoteKey is the only product available for the 987. This can be programmed to do a lot of things, including the single and double beep on lock/unlock.
