How do you remove the top idler pulley long bolt?

It hits the bulk head sheet metal which precludes the bolt removal and subsequent pulley replacement.

You can get some up/down movement on the front of the engine by loosening or removing the front engine mount bracket and using a jack to raise/lower the front of the engine.

You can bend the sheet metal a bit sir the bolt clears.
