Looking to re-dye the driver's seat in my '00.

Interior color is graphite grey. Only the shoulder bolster needs the coloring.

Where is the best place to buy a kit or the dye?

I had to see Leather Magic at de be time and it was perfect. Some years later in purchased the same product again (graphite grey) an the color was completely off.
There are other vendors but I haven’t tried them.
I also need graphite grey re-dye.

I recommend Colorplus. They have some standard Porsche colors pre-mixed on the shelf, or they will use your swatch to custom match any color. Follow the instructions close - as with any paint job, prep is the key. This including using their concentrated cleaner.
