Natasha Thorpe, Cecil’s widow asked me to post the information for the funeral.
She wants as many as Cecil’s friends as possible to attend.
The Funeral Services will be on March 23rd. at 11:00 a the Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home in downtown Saint Petersburg, FL.
