I didn't think I could do one of these again !
Pedro (Odessa, FL) - Wednesday, 5 September, 2012, at 11:55:54 am
Remember my old numerology photos?
100,000 miles at 100 MPH
150,000 miles at 150 MPH

Well, here's the latest:
222,222 miles at 22 MPH at 2:22 PM (it should have happened on 2/2/22 but you can't get everything in life)
The coolest thing was that in 2nd gear at 2,222 RPM you get 22 MPH.

Happy Boxstering,
Pedro

Very cool, Pedro.

Actually, you're already 2/3 of the way to the 333,333. But It might not be a good idea to do that one that doubles that. winking smiley grinning smiley

Driving a new-to-me '09S in Aqua Blue Metallic. It does .5 past light speed. I made the Kessel run in less than 12-parsecs.

19". That's the out-the-door price, which is still excessive.

Porsche is not spec'ing bigger tires for performance, they do it because you demand fashion. When I ordered my 2000 S, it came with 17" but I could get 18" opiont and the chatter was how cool 18" looked. Well I looked... I looked up the prices and said FORGET IT! You want bling, the tire companies go KaChing!
Make sure you .....

... probably the hardest thing to do, maintain it at 22 MPH.
In 2nd gear any little movement of the gas pedal changes the speed dramatically and below 35MPH you can't engage cruise control.
