Need HELP with LEDs. I bought aftermarket LED taillights for my 2000 986. I love the look, but

they are really bright and I have had a few comments about blinding other drivers at night. I found some digital LED dimmers on EBay but they didn't work. Any ideas? Thank you, Carlos

Being singular "brake light pulses," I'm not sure if it means only the third brake light, or all three should be inferred. (Probably the latter, in my opinion, and it could be dangerous to empiracally determine this.)
