... at one time, some of us had to check the board for almost a year before we got our cars.
It's called being a waiter.
Happy Porscheing,
Pedro

Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar

"Racing is life. Anything before or after is just waiting" ... Steve McQueen as Michael Delaney in "LeMans"

"If you wait, all that happens is that you get older"... Mario Andretti

"Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose" ... Ayrton Senna
I saw all these posts from "waiters" and wondered why the Boxster had so much appeal to people in the food service business. grinning smiley

'Course, I was a waiter at that time, too, for my '99.

She'll love that Cayman. Although, I prefer the convertible version, either one is an absolute blast to drive.

Make sure you show her how to post pictures. Some of use are going into withdrawal.
She's SO excited. She was going to look at the new Corvette as well (at the urging of others), and that is an awesome alternative, but 1) She prefers the Cayman and 2) all the Vettes are sold out. I actually think she's happy they're sold out because as much as she wanted to test drive one, her heart is stuck on the Cayman.
Wish I could meet a female Porsche enthusiast here in Nashville! smiling smiley
