2014 Boxster - No rear Trunk light working

Almost new 2014 Boxster S. Trunk light inside not working. Checked bulb - its OK.
Could be the microswitch that tells the light the trunk is open? Anyone know where its located on the 2013-2014 models?
On the older models I believe it was part of the lock mechanism?????

I'm guessing there's a micro switch tied in with the latch. I think it also tells the computer the trunk as been opened
then you can't check oil level.
