Saw this F-car in Arlington, VA, over the weekend. The exterior was like chrome, but in an electric blue color:

Chrome-like finishes make a lot more sense than matte, and have a nice, if peculiar aesthetic. *NM*

I would think that is just a wrap, as in an applied film.

Yeah, probably a vinyl wrap, couple hundred bucks, totally new car *NM*
