Probably could have gone a bit more, but I noticed it wasn't holding a charge when put on the CTEK battery charger.
Moll definitely makes a good product, but I went with a Bosh Platinum AGM as its replacement - we'll see how long it lasts.

its life by leaving an OBD2 code reader plugged in while I was a away for over a week in my other car.
Unfortunately, the replacement Moll battery wasn't nearly as good as the original. The ones made in Spain were good. The ones now made elsewhere are not so good. I ended up with an Interstate battery in the car which so far has been ok. However, later Interstate batteries in my 996 have not been so good. The one that was in the car when I bought the car died a few years after I bought the car. The1st replacement battery lasted 7 months. The 2nd replacement battery seems to be holding up ok. Well, at least it has lasted over 7 months.
