Hope someone can help. I recently replaced the window regulator in my MY00 Boxster. I'm struggling with putting it back together, in particular with the side airbag.
I thought at first the brown, fuzzy cable at the top of this picture (http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/Boxster_Tech/76-BODY-Door_Panels/images_large/Pic4.jpg) was the correct connector into the airbag. But, it seems there is a black cable that comes through the vapor barrier just below the brown, fuzzy connector.
So, two questions:
1. Do I need to remove the vapor barrier again and locate the cable?
2. If the brown fuzzy cable is not for the airbag, what is it for? Where does it go?
