Back in the day I used to do dirt riding on 2 wheels most every Saturday.
When I came back home, the kids would have to hose down the mud from me and my bike out in the yard before my wife would let me in the house
After some rides one or two from the group would have to go to one of our friends in the group who as an orthopedic surgeon to set a bone or two.

Pedro I know about morning aches and pains. When I was in my early twenties I was a sky diver and made 200 jumps logging about an hour of free fall. I am paying the price for that adventure in my later years with knee replacements and spinal surgery. I posted my suspicion that my health issues were a result of sky diving on a chat board called Dropzone.com. Of course no one agreed because they are all still invincible.
