Hello folks,
2000 986S. Not xenon - regular halogen headlamps. RF bulb (low beam) appears to be out. Running and high beams work.
I assume this is just a bulb. So - any tricks to getting at them or replacing them?
Any preferred brands of replacements (pluses and minuses to silverstars?)

... you can use the hight beam or the fog light bulb in place of the burnt out low beam.
They are all H7 bulbs.
BTW at one time I installed SilverStars but could not tell the difference between them and the standard halogens.
They both produced crappy light output, so I developed the TechnoLite HID Kit.
Much better.
