Re: Why I love having a Porsche at the holidays

If, like me, you considerately take enough time to ponder your Christmas presents that you don't start shopping until, say, today, I find it's good to have a fast car like a Porsche to race around the moms at the mall to get that parking space that just opened up in front of them.

I was able to do this with my previous car, a Mustang GT, but the superior handling provided by the Boxster's mid-engine design really enables me to maneuver better around shoppers blocking the parking lot aisles.

In addition, I've found the really superior sound system Porsche provides just does the trick in drowning out those irate complaints from the moms losing the spaces.

All in all, another reason to invest in this fine piece of engineering.
