2001 Base, purchased in 2004, replaced engine at 130K+, RIP 2017
for about 2 years in a Model A '30 two door sedan. Mechanical brakes and air pipe over the exhaust manifold. Rain or shine and in the snow.

Then my son got married in a small town in northern Germany and the car that transported them from the church to the castle where the reception was held was a Model A. How it ever found its way to Germany is beyond me. Now, in my small community, there is a guy who uses his A every day running errands and such.

Back in the '60s, a replacement engine was available for only $25 in almost any junkyard.
