It got up to the mid-40s and sunny, so i took the car out to charge the battery, and get it good and hot for an extended period.

It was so nice i put the top down. Got a lot of funny looks.

Went to the Home Depot, Shop-Rite, and for a "ride". Back to its winter slumber

the heat wafted up around the driver and made me snug while everyone around almost crashed from looking at the crazy kid.

Kinda like driving in the rain with the top of the Boxster down until you can find a bridge to stop under and raise the top.
I wouldn't really recommend it. It must be hard to get the asphalt pebbles out of the top material.

On another note. I can't think of another convertible that would protect its occupant(s) in a rollover as well. - although I'm not sure how strong the popup 911 roll bars are.
