About a month ago I took delivery of my new 981S.
After 3000 km I want to let you know that I’m very happy with it. Especially the electric assisted steering is perfect IMO. It is precise and direct and it filters out uninformative high frequency information from the road.
It replaces my 6 years old (96000 km) 987.2. That was in excellent condition, but to be sure to be able to enjoy a Boxster wit a normally aspirated 6-cylinder engine as long as possible, I didn’t want to take the risc that a future replacement would be one with a 4-cylinder turbo charged engine.
I have learned on this board that I owe you at least a picture, so here it is.
