Have not posted in years though I have followed this board off and on since the purchase of my Boxster. I still have the car, 70,000 miles and she has now become my daily driver! I really love this little car. I finally decided it was time for another car though, fell in love with a low mileage 2013 Carrera 911 S Cab, she will be the new garage queen. I now have two cars....

This was in the showroom the night I picked up my 991S.
Seeing anything rearward (especially to the right) must be nearly impossible in the Spyder.

Minus 40 degrees... Is that Fahrenheit or Celsius?

With the Spyder's 375 HP, who's going to pass you on the right. winking smiley

You'd be relying mainly on your side mirrors for sure.
which it should never be.

Noticed this by checking and comparing pictures in the Gallery sections at Porsche's site.
Even with the standard deck, the one big bugaboo (at best) is the 981 Boxster's rearward field of view. At worst, and I hope it doesn't come to pass as such, is that it's the Achilles Heel.
