... that the car is low on coolant.
The reason why is on when cold and off when hot is that the coolant (and any trapped air) expands, raising the level and turning off the warning.
So your coolant level is at the very low threshold.
You can top it off with distilled water or with 50/50 mix.
But even more importantly is to find out why it is low.
Check the underside of the rear trunk lid to see if there's any condensation above where the coolant cap is.
If there is you either have a bad coolant cap or a cracked coolant reservoir.
