Just two comments.

Age is only a number.

That car was not built for cornering.
I dunno

seems like a pretty well "rounded" car to me. At least now it is.
… or riding shotgun on a race car, at the onset of a rollover, needs to tightly grab his/her shoulder belts.
Right hand grabs left shoulder belt and left hand grabs the right, crossing arms in front of the torso.
Being able to do this instinctively can save you a limb.
Also race cars need to have a fully secured window net.
Neither side had a net.
Jay or Bob could have lost an arm if it went out the window.
Happy Porscheing,
Pedro

Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar

"Racing is life. Anything before or after is just waiting" ... Steve McQueen as Michael Delaney in "LeMans"

"If you wait, all that happens is that you get older"... Mario Andretti

"Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose" ... Ayrton Senna
Holy moly! I will not complain about wearing my new SA2015 helmet on a likely hot day at AX in a few weeks, but I think someone needs to take the keys away from Bob.

Thanks for the safety tip, Pedro!
At the end of the episode Jay showed the car had been fixed 3 weeks later and Bob doing a wheel stand on a drag strip. Noticed what Pedro said, scary how close that could have really gone bad with loose of limb(s) they were lucky.
.....being lucky usually is better than being good winking smiley

I like the quote at the end, "wait till my wife sees this."

"A mile of highway will take you one mile. A mile of runway will take you anywhere."
