I saw the same article on the NYTimes this morning and thought it was a bit of Déjà vu. It seems to me that every couple of months since the initial failure of Porsche to take over VW a similar delay has occurred in the courts. IMHO based on discussions with our European automotive clients it seems that everyone expects the VW absorption of Porsche to occur, and to some degree that it is basically just a long standing family feud.
