Expect the best, and accept no substitute.
Looks like it's been leaking for about a week or so based on the marks on the garage concrete. Had to add about a quart to get it up to MAX.

The drip is just behind the front wheel well about where the door begins on the driver's (left) side.

The car has 105,000 miles on it, 19K of which I've put on it in my 2 years of ownership, celebrated this week.

I've had no other issues although I did replace the struts last month and the fronts were truly shot. The car came with a complete maintenance history and no major repairs were ever made just routine servicing.
Due to the location it's either a radiator or a hose.
Do a pressure test to determine the leaking point and repair.
Don't let air into the system since it can cause premature cracking of the expansion tank as well as premature wear of the pump's impeller due to cavitation.
Happy Porscheing

Thanks Pedro, I have an appointment with an indy shop tomorrow.
....as well as the readily accessible one in the rear trunk?
The one in the engine compartment is the expansion tank (reservoir).
The cap in the trunk is just so you don't have to access the engine to top off coolant.
Porsche didn't want coolant in the Cayman if the tank cracked, as was the case in the early Boxsters.
Happy Porsche'ing,
Pedro
