Replaced 2002 with 2005 S, now do I need spacers to make winter wheels fit?

I have a set of 2002 17" OEM wheels mounted with winter tires. I think they won't fit on the 2005 S without spacers. Does anybody know what spacers I will need to make the 2002 wheels fit on the 2005 S? Thanks, Tom

What are the offsets?
You’ll find them next to the stem valves.

Pedro: Next to the stem valves I have 7, 55 and 8.5, 50 on the winter wheels. Thanks, Tom

What the numbers mean:
7 - 55 = 7" wide rim with 55 mm offset.
8.5 - 50 = 8.5" wide rim with 50 mm offset.
How do those numbers compare with what's installed?
That will tell you if you need spacers or not.
