A $3 million 993, but is it really a 993?

Porsche took an extra 993 shell that was laying around and wrapped it around today's technology, including a 450 HP Turbo engine and auctioned it off for charity. Porsche hand stamped it one number higher than the last 993 built. So, is it really a 993? Is it really a 993?
