Durametric Scan showed a P34 fault code

It's my passenger side alarm sensor that might be bad per the code. Alarm arms OK and works as it should by pressing the Key Fob twice. With one press of the Key Fob to set the inside sensors, nothing happens when movement is inside the car. My question is there a way to test the senso if removed?.
