My 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack came with Alcantara interior. I liked it. Not as slippery as leather. A bit "softer". Like cloth but not like cloth. Don't know how well it will hold up as I traded in the car for a Hellcat which has leather interior. Alcantara is not an interior I would choose if I was going to carry kids in the car though. Leather cleans up with a damp cloth.
If you can ask some Porsche techs about Alcantara. They'll know its good and bad sides.
