Sad time. Daylight savings is over, the Porsches are sleeping for the winter, and snow is predicted for Thursday.
For skiers out there, Killington Vt is open.

Friday I put the PA4s on, just beating the first cold snap, meaning driving at or below 45. The PZ4s, while excellent in rain, start becoming intolerant of temperatures below 60, and during hard acceleration axle tramp occurs. Pirelli’s warning about compound cracking near freezing is an incentive to change out, too. In contrast, the PA4s lay down power very nicely, and are very responsive. They are more like lesser vehicles’ all-season fitments. Their one drawback is they’re good, but not excellent on snow.
Yes, but we get a lot of snow & ice here. Winter fun is provided by an '00 Audi S4, an '07 Aud A3 3.2 Quattro and an F250 diesel PU with a plow. There is always the Case back hoe/loader if things get really bad.
