Yup. At least with an all electric, the weight of the combustion engine and transmission are eliminated to help offset battery weight. Well, except for Porsche who is going to have a two-speed transmission in the Taycan?

I've driven the original Tesla roadster and while the power and instant torque are a blast, the weight really takes a toll on the fun.
