NBC- Had an odd emissions control event.

2004 Tacoma. I got a CEL the other day. First in 16 years on this vehicle. When I ran the scanner, there were no DTCs. But, there were 4 readiness exceptions (C, EV, OH and O systems). The vehicle always runs great. Made sure the gas cap was tight and reset the memory.

I figured the gurus here would have some comments.
