Putting in a 917 balsa shift knob wouldn’t add much weight.

As hard as it is for some of us to watch, this guy strips over 700 lb of "unnecessary" things from a 987.

It's kind interesting to see some of the hidden things and how they work in our cars. You even get to hear the flat six with and without the muffler.

I imagine he did. In the driving scene, it looks like he missed taking out those heavy rollbar inserts. I also wonder if he took the motors out of the electrically adjustable driver seat. He did remove that heavy shift knob.
