Curious what folks think of these oil additives if they have used them. I used to run only M1 0w-40 in my previous 986, and now M1 5W-50 in my 997. Folks on another forum I’m on seem to advocate adding this additive to the engine oil as it supposedly reduces friction. What are your thoughts if you’ve used em. Thanks.
The cylinders are already coated from the factory with friction reducers.
You don't need anything other than fresh (Porsche-recommended) oil in your engine.
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro
