Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar

"Racing is life. Anything before or after is just waiting" ... Steve McQueen as Michael Delaney in "LeMans"

"If you wait, all that happens is that you get older"... Mario Andretti

"Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose" ... Ayrton Senna
What are we collecting for?

Probably in, just curious as I cannot do math.
What are the names of the charities that the $2,500 will be given to?
What date will the charity selection vote take place?
Who is paying for the manufacture of the hats since all $2,500 for the
100 hats @$25 each go to charities?

For the record:

The 3 charities that I have considered are:
The Gary Sinise Foundation
Feeding America
Ronald McDonald House
Please read up on them so you can make the best decision when choosing one.

Im not sure yet exactly when the selection will take place.
My intent is to make the donation in 2020.so probably within the next 2 weeks. I'm hoping more members will step up.
Only those who have purchased PBX hats and or made straight donations will be authorized to cast their votes and pick one of the three charities..
I paid for the hats and that money will not be reimbursed.
Every cent collected from the sale of the 100 hats and additional donations will go to the chosen charity.
A check for $2500 will be written for the chosen charity whether all of the hats are sold or not.
If PB doesn't generate the target amount I will make up the difference.

If there are any other questions, please ask. I will be happy to answer them.

I always said that PB would not charge a membership fee as other boards do.
Fortunately we have had a great sponsor in BumperPlugs.com which helps with some of the server costs, but the rest comes out of my pocket.
Happy Boxstering,
