Re: Outdoor Car Cover Recommendation

I have done several searches here but whatever I am doing doesn't get me the info I seek.

My 2000 Boxster S is about to lose it's garage space and soon it will be outside under a tall pine tree that sheds pine cones. So I am looking for a thick car cover that will offer some protection. I may add a moving blanket on top of the car before I cover it to give it more protection. Years ago I had a Performance Car (name of the catalog) cover. Was a gray waffle cover. Looking for something similar. Thanks. The car that may displace the Boxster is my 2016 Club Coupe.

The pine trees in NC shed cones and branches. I would put a thick tarp over the car cover, but my preference would to park it away from the all trees.

Thanks. Car is in Carmel by the Sea, Ca. a place that loves trees. It is interesting to read in the local paper that a home owner took down a tree on his own property and was then fined $35,000 and has to replace the tree. For me trees belong in fireplaces.
