i’m one month shy of 25 years of ownership, and i’ve found a new way to fit the car into my current day-to-day life: road trips, coffee shops, hiking…here we come! i still need to figure out a better way to protect the door cards…she’s still a wild child.

i’ve got a bit of work ahead before i can claim success. at least all of her slobber is conditioning the leather. i’m going to keep at it…trying to get her more calm and comfortable

Don't they have seat belts for dogs?

i have her on one of those semi-elastic tethers and body harness to keep her in the car and away from me, but i’m afraid it would be a really horrible situation in an accident. spydie senses on high alert!

I had a very large Irish Wolfhound who loved to get in the back "seat" of a 1980s Jaguar XJS, and take the 2 mile trip too our horse farm. But I have never carried another dog in the Boxster (they have been Newfoundland's and Wolfhounds) That's what SUVs are for....
