We used sugar for our mash. I have forgotten the name of the British sugar manufacturer who provided the sugar. But I do know that when it wanted to highlight the incredible amount of sugar sales through our company's commissary, there was a lot of tap dancing and throat clearing done to convince it not to proceed with the ad campaign.

around Cashiers. I can put up 8 to 10 folks at my house in Cashiers, NC and there are plenty of other accommodations around. Can't even begin to provide what Karl does - but we have some great roads and the food and Scotch at m house will be good! Let me know if anyone is interested and we can try to work up some details.
