Lately my spoiler dash light in my '99 Boxster has been coming on when exceeding 70 mph (indicated). I understand that it's trying to warn me that handling may be affected when the spoiler is not extended, but I've confirmed that the spoiler is extending/retracting at prescribed speeds. The light clears when I turn off the engine and then restart (after the usual calibration period). Any ideasby tigerguy - Main Forum
Thanks so much, Pedro. Does the drain line just pull up and out, or is removal more involved? And I did locate where to install the part number mentioned above. Thanks again, - G.by tigerguy - Main Forum
Today I replaced the plastic end of the convertible push rod on the passenger side. I found a piece of the original plastic push rod end lodged in the convertible drain. Unfortunately, trying to (blindly) extract it with needle nose pliers only pressed it deeper into the drain so now the drain feels completely clogged. I can't grip it with anything. I forgot to add that the headlamp assembly is on a '99 Boxster. Sorry! - Grahamby tigerguy - Main Forum
A few bulbs are not working on my left headlamp assembly - high beam, turn signal, side beam. The left turn signal indicator flashes rapidly, which typically indicates a bad bulb, but I replaced the turn signal bulb and high beam H7 bulb without any effect. The left rear turn signal is working. I checked the fuse list and didn't see a common fuse. Any troubleshooting ideas? Looks like headlaby tigerguy - Main Forum

All - I'm searching for a reliable top installer for my '99 Boxster (didn't find anything in archives). Since the car is not garaged and I plan to keep it for a few more years, I plan to install a GAHH or Robbins top with (smaller) glass rear window. Any perceivable difference between the two manufacturers? Has anyone had a good experience with a convertible top installer in the DC/VA/MD areaby tigerguy - Main Forum
