Interesting. I wondered how much heat these exchangers could get rid of of, being located on top of the motor in a cramped engine compartment, but I guess as long as the coolant temp is lower than the oil, there will be cooling to some degree to the engine oil.
I'm probably going to do the lower temp thermo next year, along with a new water pump.
