The stock brake/gas pedal height works really well for heel and toe on the track. On the street, the gas is a bit of a reach because the brake is high, but on the street, everything is so much slower that while heel and toe is a bit of a stretch, but its really not a problem at all. I can't see changing the gas pedal to accommodate street driving.
