In an ideal world, sure, along with a 2-post lift and a toterhome.

I use a 4' extension on a breaker bar (not a Torque Wrench) and put about 70 lbs of force on it. Anything with that kind of torque is not all that precise.

I would need to check, but the torque is not 400 lb-ft, although it is very large. 340 if memory serves.
