worse comes to worse..

1. remove the bumper yourself.
2. Sand the offending section yourself.
3. Clean with mineral spirits after using a scotch-brite
4. take it in for painting.

Oh, i forgot. Did you mention that the 11gs seems to have damaged your cats?
