Changed By: Laz Change Date: July 31, 2015 12:26PM It's a far cry from when a Porsche driver in Manhattan checked if he could help when my 912's
generator went bad. A few months later I stopped for a 911 parked on the shoulder somewhere on of the Sunrise Highway on Long Island. This guy's car was ok, & I don't recall why he was pulled over. In my case my dad came in with my sister's Beetle and towed me back home. We tied a rope to one of the front control arms. The toll taker at the Verrazano was quite astonished.
