Are the cupholders the ones from a 1997? They changed the design over the years. (FWIW, the 1997 ones don't fit every year car)

Also there were some important design changes in the convertible tops (such as glass rear window) that are important to people. Whether or not the tops include the frame is also important.

A buyer would presumably want the door panels to match the rest of their interior, which means that both the color (which you didn't mention) and the material (leather or fake leather) matters.

The calipers and rotors are different sizes depending on whether they are 'S' or not and the color also changed for different model years.
