Hi !
I want to put a HID light kit in my 98 Boxster to protect the nice used headlights I bought with no yellowing to replace my old yellowed cracked ones. Here in Canada headlights are on all the time and they appearently get cooked in the summer.
My mechanic told me that the lenses on the halogen headlights are not flat like the factory zenon (HID) headlights and it makes a weird undesirable light beam. He does not recommend HID.
Anyone have experience and like to offer their opinions?
