Do cars only 1 year old require clean air test in your area?

Ontario, it isn't until a car is 7 years old. (Used to be 4 years)

As far as clean air testing, it makes me think of,
"What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?"
"I don't know, and I don't care."
Or, as Taxi's Reverend Jim answered when someone asked him how he was, he paused and said, "Uhhh, I'll have to get back to you on that."
